The DEMO is ok generally, it gives you a sample of what it is like. However you cannot progress or complete the demo level. The blue card is missing.

The blue card is definitely there. you've just got to look around. And if it is not currently available it may be because you've not yet unlocked an area. There are hints if you glance at your left wrist.
