Unauthorized device

Ive tried everything, i used every usb port, 3 different cables WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE, i even used a different pc to no avail,it keeps telling me that my device isnt authorized but my pc is picking up the quest being connected, and the only prompt that shows up is to allow the pc to access files which i allow everytime to no avail. PLEASE HELP
