i need help with scrcpy

how can I rotate the scrcpy I get from the quest so it's straight (I've heard it has to be -21) and also is there a way to transfer the sound from the quest to the PC? I'm ok if the sound cuts off in the quest (I'd reader have it on both but only PC is ok too) (meta quest 3)
