I'm a huge fan and supporter of Robyer1's efforts to bring classic and memorable game environment's to the Quest 2's homes feature. So what a delight it was for me to see that he has brought one of my favorite games to the metaverse in this way! It is because I am so passionate about his effort's and my love for the game that I feel the need to critique a few things with this one unfortunately, I find the environment to be bland in comparison to his other offerings, lack of lighting, even if just textured, would have brought this to life, in the watchtowers or even the track lights on the helipad would have been amazing, im not sure how possible something like that is but moving objects in his home has been pretty consistent in previous home's and I would have loved to see that here outside of the snow which is GREAT! I was also let down by the black voids covering the periphery storage rooms and elevator. Hopefully these criticism's can be elaborated on by Robyer1 in a future update, maybe my lack of education on how these projects are made is contributing to my opinion but regardless everything else is amazing! keep it up as I love these and will always support ypur work!

Thanks for the review Ian! The feedback here is great too and really useful to me as you are the first person to mention the lighting which I knew was missing. Sadly we can't do realtime lighting for the helipad spotlight, but it us possible for me to recreate the actual lighting of the scene and 'bake' it into the textures in a static way like the other homes. For now it's a sort of Shadow Moses but nobody is home kinda feel I admit!

I am also glad you liked the snow, I could never do just a plain home I always add something animated where I can like the snow! For the black voids where those storage rooms and elevator are, I ripped everything from the game using community tools but they seemed to exclude those bits from the files. If anyone ever had the 3d rips of those parts I would add them in otherwise for sure! I usually update my homes over time as I take on feedback so I'll reach out to more of the community for help definitely.

I'm working on another MGS1 home next which you will be happy to hear so keep an eye out for my new stuff and thanks for the support!
