It's not good at all. The designer of that app have absolutely none knowledge regarding airplanes and the physics of flying. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our game. What airplane(s) were you flying and what specifically felt off about their physics? Some of the community-built airplanes can be quite overpowered and feel very arcadey, while others can feel very realistic.

Inertia. There is a lack of inertia. There is also a real problem of ergonomics. The instruments are not in the right place in most aircraft. The instrument panels are fancy and so are many of the controls such as the flaps and elevator trim.

There is a wide range of realism in the aircraft available to download and we are trying to figure out the best way to measure and present that information to the player when they are looking at the details page for an airplane so they will know what to expect.

I see that you are a retired pilot, so I appreciate the feedback. I'm not sure if you have already refunded the game, but if not I would be curious to know how you feel an aircraft like this one handles: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/Oeu40C/North-American-T-2C-Buckeye

(You can find that airplane inside the game by changing your selected airplane and selecting ONLINE -> BEST - THIS YEAR -> North American T-2C Buckeye)

I'm pretty sure you were using an overpowered community built plane, I've seen several reviews on this game from people who probably have a far greater understanding of aircraft than you and they all think it's quite realistic. There's a lot of physics simulation in the game, so just because the plane doesn't fly how you think a real airplane does, that doesn't mean you're right.

You comment is just stupid, agressive and unacceptable. What do you know about my understanding and my experience in aviation. I am a retired pilot. And what about you?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, and I should not have made an assumption like that based on a few lines of text. And with the physics, even if the developers had the best physics model in the world, the Quest VR headset wouldn't be able to handle it, and it would lag to an extent where the game wouldn't even be enjoyable. Again, I'm sorry about this whole thing, but I hope at least your grandkids can enjoy it :)

(Edit): For any custom aircraft the placement of the instruments are entirely up to the builder, just another member of the community. I'm not sure how many of your statements refer to stock aircraft and how many refer to custom made aircraft.
