It is, you would have sidequest open (app not website), have the headset plugged in with developer mode on. Click the download button, and a window will show. Scroll down till you see the final download button, and it will automatically put it on the quest. (You might get a dialogue box saying "Would you like to install 'com.sparrowedanvils.grannychapter2vr'" or something)
