I don't typically talk about VR experiences because I'm a gamer at heart, but Hyperscape is actually something pretty exciting! And let me tell you why.
First, let me explain what the app is. When you open it, you get introduced to 6 locations that you can visit. These are basically studios of some famous people and you can teleport around it and observe every bit of details of it.
There are also a bunch of information popup that you can read from the artist that explains what are the things that are around it. You can also see some very interesting thought process on how some of the art was created, which is pretty cool!
So why does this excites me as a gamer? Well my friends, this is because we believe that this is being run by project Avalance. This is Meta's current experimental cloud gaming service, and it's working very well with Hyperscape.
I can't wait to try Avalanche to play games such as Lone Echo and Asguard's Wrath 1 on the standalone headset. I'm a sucker for cloud gaming for those who don't know.
