Color Breathing VR uses a similar mechanic to Flowborne and Realms of Flow where you rest a controller on your stomach to visualize your breath. The app uses colored smoke-like effects to simulate your breathing. The app is currently VERY limited in content. I encountered no narration of any sort, there was no tutorial, and no settings options. Although familiar with the breathing mechanic, I struggled. This is due to Color Breathing requiring your right controller to be placed on a specific area (shown as a red bubble in VR)--this was difficult, not intuitive, and a big downgrade of the same breath-tracking mechanic in Flowborne. Overall, I enjoyed my time with Color Breathing and will leave it installed in the hopes of an update. If an update does not come, it will be deleted in favor of Flowborne which is free and has nailed this mechanic. Color Breathing requires more content and refined mechanics. It might get there, it might not--it's free so check it out.
