I am having trouble playing the game, as the demo stops running if I try with the BaseQ2 files. I copied PAK00, PAK01, PAK02, and PAK99. If anyone has an idea how to fix this, I am most likely to put my review as higher score.

Hi there, i just installed Quake2Quest from scratch and aff worked fine. Make sure that you overwrite the already excisting PAK00 files (the demo) with the full game PAK00.

If in doubt, delete the demo PAK00 and then copy over all the full game PAK files.

Let me know if that works for you.
