I purchased an Oculus Quest 2, which was reset to factory settings. I acquired the Quest 2 to play Quake 2 on the headset. For this purpose, I obtained SideQuest and installed everything cleanly on the Quest 2. After installing Quake 2, I wanted to try it out immediately. There are two demo maps available. However, the game does not start. A window keeps appearing asking me to confirm the access rights for Quake 2, even though I indicated that it should remember the settings. I also granted all rights to Quake 2 on SideQuest. If I keep clicking on 'Confirm' for a long time, eventually a loading screen appears, and I hear Quake 2 running in the background. However, no image appears. Instead, the loading screen keeps flickering, indicating that rights are allegedly missing. Eventually, the Quest stops responding altogether, so I have to restart it. I believe the Quest has received new firmware and that the games can no longer be played. Could that be the case? I also received a message that I should not play pirated copies (which is strange), although I naturally own Quake 2. Please provide information if this issue is known and what I can do!
