But why stream it instead of having it within the app and stored locally? That would be a much better experience than streaming. I'm in Europe and my Quest 3 gets 94mbps out of my 100mb WiFi. Enough to effortlessly stream 4K from more established streaming servers.

Now I do have to comment on the claims about it not being "just a video". It's a video. A regular 360 degree video but without any ability to adjust or enhance the viewing experience. No matter how many buzzwords you use to describe it, it is still a rather subpar 360 degree video experience and that's all it is.

You're right about the no risk try. That's why I took the plunge despite no video trailer nor any other reviews at the time of the purchase.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. We opted for streaming the VR tour because the video data is nearly 100 GB. We wanted to avoid overwhelming our users’ storage with such a large file, enabling us to keep the app size manageable and provide regular updates.

You’re correct that our app is essentially a 360-degree video. Our intention was to create a simple yet immersive experience that captures the essence of Paris. However, we’re always looking to improve based on user feedback, and we value your suggestions.

We appreciate that you decided to purchase our app. While it’s not free to test, we offer a no-risk experience with Meta money-back guarantee. This ensures you can try the app without financial risk. Your insights are crucial for us to enhance the user experience continuously.
