Great idea for a Quest game. Unfortunately, the physics are off a bit and you will often have issues striking the ball. Part of this seems to be the games ability to detect the bat/speed correctly. The pitching/batting AI is reasonable. The strike zone calls are questionable - they could tigten this up in favor of the batter I think.
The physics also let you do little fake swings to hit homeruns. So, not a sim by any means, but fun to play with.
The other physics issue is unmanageable - which is the fatc that a common basebal lstance doesn't have the bat in the Quest's cameras, so you will not be holding the bat when you start your swing. It fails to catch up in time, when that occurs. Maybe Q3 will actually have a truly 360deg tracking solution.
