Although still in pre-release, MiRacle Pool already shows great promise. This mixed reality-only pool game features multiplayer, practice, and AI game modes. You can play 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or 10-Ball pool in your own living room with beautiful visuals and a high attention to detail.
The sound effects and physics are spot-on (at least feels like it), and I couldn't get enough of the beautiful reflections of the balls.
There is no way to resize the table (probably to keep it at the realistic standard size I guess), though, and you'll need plenty of space to play it. The minimum recommended play area is 3m x 4m (10 feet x 13 feet), but you can still play it in smaller spaces by moving the table around using the virtual handles.
MiRacle Pool features a lock-on system to ease accuracy, and you can disable aim assist in the settings.
I enjoy playing MiRacle Pool a lot, and because it is a mixed reality-only game, I hope that we'll see great polish and more interesting features added in the final release.
Bottom line: Highly recommended. The pre-release version is available for free via App Lab on the Oculus Store. So make sure to check it out!
Note: I played it on the Ques 3 with color passthrough as shown in the video review.
