Seeign this post got me excited, but I see the issue. There is a version of Halo CE for pc called Custom Edition. Althogh CE has added utilieties like Chimera, which adds better interpolation, and Open Sauce, which adds even more graphical options and enhancements, I realized that there is no public open source code of the game. Everything seems to be workarounds. Even though Microsoft is not really supporting CE anymore, I don't see the source being made public any time soon. It really makes me sad because I've played a bit of Doom3Quest and could not stop day-dreaming on the possibilities of having something similar on Halo CE. VorpX just does not mach it. I don't know of any android port of CE, and Spartan Assult is most definetly not the answer. 🤣

I'll just try to keep this out of my head while playing QuestZDoom and Doom3Quest.
