Side quest not working

So, eveytime I have to restart or completely turn of my head set side quest breaks... I have it on my quest 2 and when I do infact HAVE to restart it will not connect to wifi adb anyone know how to fix this?

The in-VR app is broken for the settings. Please wait until we update the app. The mobile and PC apps both work fine in the meantime.
