I cannot authorize my device, please help me! It's 2025, and there is no way to do this.

So, i'll get to the point, I've looked over every single issue that was there, I bought a new cord and factory reset my headset, turned off and on developer from app including in the headset. I looked for the 'usb debugging' and got nothing in the developer settings due to the new menu update, all I see is auto connect link and etc. Now when I search debugging, it pops up, but when I click on it it takes me to the experimental page and there is no option at all for it. Can I please get some help?? A video would help a lot, because everything is green and working BUT the authorized device, and the cord is as new as could be. I'm on oculus 2 btw.

If you've tried a completely different device and new cables and it's still not working, then your Quest 2 port is faulty.

Try using electrical contact cleaner, then contact Meta support.

I cleaned it out just now and blew on it, getting literally nothing out besides air particles. When I plug in the headset, it pops up as a regular oculus notification saying 'usb detected, click this message to allow file usage' which then shows my pc options on what I want to do with the device such as photos and file viewing, thats it.

You need to click the 'USB debugging' prompt if you don't see it, one of the reasons here is stopping it. The file/data prompt can pop up with a faulty cable, port and so on as data is less strict than ADB. The file prompt won't help in any way for sideloading.
