"Unable to connect to device, please try again", But still running max settings

I just web installed Sidequest last night. I immediately set all settings, besides recording ones, to maximum. I enjoyed being able to see 10x better in a couple shooter games, then went to bed. This morning, everything still looks really great. Though when I went to adjust any graphics settings, I receive the "Unable to connect to device, please try again." I was just wanting to test lower settings; I plan on using max settings 95% of the time. Anyway, I:

-Clicked the top right wifi button -Turned wifi ADB on/off -Restarted the headset

The "problem" persists. How do I get my device able to adjust device settings again?

Be sure you only have one account on the Quest.

Reinstall the app via the web installer.

Try toggling debug mode in the Quest app if you have trouble.

Be sure you see the USB debugging prompt in the headset to know it works.
