Unable to connect to device

I installed SideQuest on my Q3 a few weeks ago and it shows as an app on my headset. I went in to it to change my settings to match a video of recommended settings. As soon as I click on an option under any setting I get a popup saying "Unable to connect to your device. Try again". The headset is connected to my system wifi and it showed that it was for ADB. I have also tried using a USB cable. I'm not sure what's going on. I know I changed them once, when I first put Sidequest on my device, but they got reset to default on a shutdown. I can't remember if I did something else or not. Any ideas??

Click the Wifi icon at the app's top or turn on the Wifi ADB on the settings page. Allow the USB debugging prompt.

If you see an error, uninstall and reinstall the app using the web installer.

OK..... I think I'm losing my mind here. I can't figure out how to uninstall Sidequest from my Q3 headset. I can't even find the link button for apps from Other Sources anymore. What the heck?

There doesn't seem to be a problem with turning on the Wifi. It comes on fine and shows at the top of the screen. I'm never presented with a debugging prompt. I think the problem is the link between the headset and Sidequest is broken. Is there a way to relink the two without doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of the app?
