unauthorized: allow in headset

It says unauthorized: allow in headset but i dont know what to do. i tried following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PT3sgMpLSI but it still didnt work can u plz help

If you don't see it pop up, check the following:

USB cable, use as many as you can find or buy a new on preferably.
Different ports on your PC.
Restart the headset and PC.
Toggle debug mode off and back on again in the Meta Quest app.
Removed secondary account on the headset.
Use a different device. Any Android phone, Chromebook or PC will do using our web installer here https://sdq.st/download
