my quest 2 is plugged into my computer and my quest had acknowledged that there is a connection but the side quest app connection status says "not connected" is there a way i can fix this?
Just in case anyone have the same issue, i was trying to enable the developer mode from the oculus app in my cell but the new version didn't have the "Devices" icon.
If you go to the hambuguer "Menu" icon in the bottom right , in the next screen you will find a "Devices" icon and enable the option from there.

One of the most common reasons why your quest isn't recognized by SideQuest is you haven't given all the permissions in the headset. After you connect your Quest to your PC and start SideQuest, put on your headset and allow ALL permissions - in addition to file transfer you also will be asked to allow USB debugging.
If that doesn't happen, try different USB cable / port on your computer.
