Where's my APK file adder thing

I plugged in my Chromebook to my quest 2 and the little bar at the top of your screen didn't show up i looked up videos and they all said that the bar is just there anyone know a solution also is there a discord for side quest if there is can someone send an invite

You can't install SideQuest on a Chormebook. Use this link to install SideQuest to the Quest using the Chrome browser on Chromebook https://sdq.st/download

You can't install APKs with a PC or Mac.
