Hi,

Your phone may not be compatible, or you may need to enable some settings the phone manufacturer has hidden behind a login, settings, or verification page. My Xiaomi Note 11 doesn't work with SideQuest, but my Samsung does.

You could also try:

• A new USB cable
• Toggling debug mode in the Meta Quest app.
• A different phone, preferably a more recognised brand, over the cheaper ones.
• Make sure you're on the Quest main.
• A factory reset.

I recommend you get the SideQuest app straight to your headset. Please use our web installer here: https://sdq.st/download with a Chrome browser.

In the worst case, try this method without a PC and phone: https://sdq.st/nopcnophone, or use a friend or family member's PC and Web installer to install the in-VR app.
