Please help I don't wanna have to lose money

What should I do if can't find my back up of beatsaber anywhere and If I can't would I be able to uninstall it on my quest and reinstall it to help?

Hi,

Don't worry. Beat Saber can be downloaded again with your saves even after uninstalling. Just look in your library for the greyed-out Beat Saber, and you'll have it again.

Ok i uninstalled it on here to try and downgrade for it but the tutorial I watched and sources were outdated so I tried to use app switcher to downgrade for custom songs. but it kind of still shows on my oculus but it wont start should I uninstall it and reinstall? or should i go off of the saves thing that you suggested, and do the saves through my oculus or on my computer?
