I can’t find the settings my phone won’t connect to the quest to using usb-c

You'll need to update the SideQuest app on that headset if you don't see the settings.

Install it with no phone or PC this way: https://sdq.st/nophonenopc

Or with the Web installer here (use an Android phone or PC using Chrome, you'll also find the PC app that will install the in-VR app too): https://sdq.st/download
