SideQuest Wont Connect to Headset

Hi I really need some help... Ive done everything all to factory reset and uninstall and install everything to get side quest on the Meta Quest Headset for mods on Beat Saber. I did have it working a while ago but my son wanted to cast on his phone but it wouldn't connect - ever since reseting and putting my meta account on his phone - it just hasnt worked - Everything including his gorilla tag and games have all downloaded properly again and beat saber on my account worked - but mods are gone and everything i do to connect the headset isn't working. I've even tried on my phone and it just won't do it.

Please ... I love playing Beat Saber and the moded songs are the only way to keep it interesting. Any help would be muchly appreciated

Hi,

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting set up for sideloading with SideQuest. Here are a few things that could be the problem:

Developer Mode isn't on the Meta Quest app. Toggle it if it's already on.
You're on a secondary account in the Quest, not the main one. SideQuest doesn't currently support secondary accounts.
You've not yet allowed the USB debugging prompt inside the headset.
The USB cable is faulty. This is the most common issue.
The phone you're using is not supported. Some Xiaomi and Firetabs have been reported not to work.

Please remember that you can't download and install sideloaded games directly from the SideQuest site.

Once all is good, you’ll see a USB debugging RSA fingerprint prompt on the headset; this is the only way to authorise the headset. Allowing the data/files prompt will not authorise the device.
