To setup the quest 2 I needed to fix, "Unauthorized: Allow in headset" but...

On the step 3 fix page it gave me things to try. That didnt help. But it never told me to actually look in the quest to okay the connection. After I finally figured out I needed to do that... It was very difficult to do. (bug) The window kept disappearing as soon as I put the quest on. After many tries I finally got it to connect. Then I got the page telling me I connected and was good to go.

Okay now the funny part. It then tells me I need to put the quest onand look in the quest to okay the connection. This is on the WRONG page. And this is the bug I'm reporting. Move that to the part three page please.

Hi, there are no issues on our end.

If you do not see the prompt, try:

A new USB cable
Toggling debug mode in the Meta Quest app.
A different phone, preferably a more recognised brand, over the cheaper ones.
Make sure you're on the Quest main.
A factory reset.

That Quest issue has nothing to do with us; it is a Meta issue. Just press the menu button when you see the black screen. If you're unable to use the PC or phone method, use this tutorial instead. https://sdq.st/nophonenopc
