USB Authorization issues with new Meta Quest 3 (v62 code) and sidequest

when I connect the quest 3 to a fairly new PC with all USB3 ports (USB C to USB C).. I see the sidequest pc app connect (hear pc beep) but it's waiting on Headset to acknowlege.

Created developer account on meta.. enabled on IOS meta app.. and can see it enabled on the Quest 3 headset

Issue is the head goes blank.. tried restarting and powering off the quest 3 several times.. tried different USB C ports on the pc.. even switched to using a quest Link USB cable thinking there was something on Quest not liking generic USB cables.. I did see some chatter about issues with the Quest v62 (latest GA) but nothing concrete.. Do you all have any ideals why the headset just goes blank? some setting I missed?

any info would be most appreciated... kind regards...

So this was not in any of the youtube / FAQ's.. but in order for me to get sidequest to work I have to first start QuestLink app. Then connect to headset.. start QuestLink Desktop and start sidequest... kill the questlink.. sidequest still stays connected to headset.. run the sidequestviewer and works like as expected... Not sure if that's what other folks using quest 3 are doing... but at least I can sideload apps now :)
