[Not SideQuest Support] Where do I get previous firmware? How do I back up the entire Oculus OS, settings and tweaks, etc?

I'm waiting back to hear from them. I have asked on a tech forum but they closed the thread because
"Since you have modded the device, which is against the TOS of the device, as well as circumventing the software updater, we would not be able to assist."
I want to firstly back up the entire OS and settings. Not just the profile data, avatar and saved games. Everything.
Is it possible to do this with SideQuest? To make an .img of the OS, settings, etc?

Sideloading isn't modding the device. Meta allow you to do this through their own dev portal.
Reddit might be your best bet.

I've been googling all day during breaks and lunch. Many search results pointed to reddit. But there isn't much info on Quest 3. Only Quest 2 and Quest 1. And general info on Oculus. Why do they have to make it so difficult? I don't just want to rollback. I want to override it.
And I don't know why they call it firmware. The OS itself isn't firmware. Firmware is the basic input/output code that tells the OS about the hardware. I think that is what is confusing.
And thank you. I will not give up on this.

Quest 2 is the same as a Quest 3, just more powerful.
The firmware is just what all the kids call it now, even if it is wrong. We all tend to understand it means the OS version.
