Unauthorized: Allow in headset

The issue I am having is that I originally downloaded the easy installer and figured out I needed the advanced installer. I took the easy installer off my computer first, but could not figure out until later how to uninstall Sidequest off my headset. Now I have uninstalled Sidequest and have tried to reinstall it, but after many attempts keep getting an orange unauthorized: allow in headset response, and the screen goes back in the headset. I can not get it to redownload into the headset. I have tried restarting everything, and nothing is working.

Hi, this is possibly a version 63 bug. Turn on guardian and hand tracking and use your right hand to open the menu; you should see the pop-up.

In the worst case, a factory reset may help, or waiting for Meta to fix the bug.

Be sure you're on the main Quest account, and you've tried as many USB cables as possible.
Once you're on the right track, you'll see a USB debugging RSA fingerprint prompt in the headset.
Turn off automatic updates if you manage to get it working.

You could also let Meta Support know about that bug with their OS.
