I I tried to play some movie and the encoding was not suitable for the device. Immediately after that I got a black screen. Tried hard booting several times and still black screen. The device works and I hear voices but I can't do anything. I also tried booting through the portable device. He did but now the mobile device is asking for a headset login code but I can't see it. Can anyone help?
