Need help casting to meta quest app

I've been trying to get sidequest on the quest 2 but u need to cast it to my meta quest app in order to enable developer mode, I've reset everything, uninstalled and installed everything, reset my router etc, just keeps saying error can't connect.

i have a question i deleate my windows 11 on my pc and download again and i try too go in sidequest but its not working the conect is not findfully i cant conect
