Setting up Quest 3

I am trying to set up my quest 3 for sideloading. I follow the sideload Easy load instructions. I get to step 2 where I am told to go to developer settings and switch on Developer MOde. I go the Developer settings and all that comes up is the option to turn on debug mode, which I do. Nothing comes up on my Quest 3 at all (which is connected to the computer by USB-C). I have rebooted my computer and the Quest 3 numerous times. I have tried a couple of different cables, but I am not sure how good either of them are. Should I start by buying a good USB-C cable, or am I doing something else wrong.

Yes, you'll want to turn on debug mode. Once done, when plugged into a PC or phone with Sidequest running, it should prompt you to allow a USB debugging RSA fingerprint confirmation; always allow from that device to save doing this every time.

Be sure you're on the main Quest account, and try every USB cable you can get your hands on.
