Stuck on downloading

Whenever i try downloading something it will download but then it will stay on download 100% and it wont download at all its just stuck there

Hello there,

You might be dealing with a faulty USB cable. Test with other cables you have on hand, or borrow one if possible, before considering a new purchase. Don't forget to experiment with different USB ports and rotating the Type-C end 180 degrees.

Should you momentarily establish a USB connection, switch to 'Enable wireless mode' in the SideQuest app.

For future convenience, consider using the easy installer to directly install SideQuest on your headset once you find a working cable.
