File transfer problem on Quest 3 - says successful, but it is not. Worked fine on quest 2

I try to upload files, and it says it is successful, but then there is no file there. Worked fine on quest 2. Any ideas? Using a Mac btw

Try switching to wireless mode once you've got a USB connection. USB is very temperamental.

A factory reset may solve any issues, too.

Thanks! Wireless worked - also getting a high quality usb-c data cable seems to have worked as well. Strange thing though... side quest shows totally wrong size for some files on the quest... like a 4GB file says 300ish MB.... strange - anyway - it works now - thanks!
