Enable developer mode

I enabled Developer Mode a while ago but today SideQuest started telling me that I need to enable it, so I hopped on to the Meta Quest app, which told me that to enable Developer Mode I need to create an organization and verify my account, so I did both, but even after I restarted the headset and SideQuest, it doesn't detect the Developer Mode
