any way get sidequest working in initial setup screen

i factory reset my quest not thinking but i dont have any controllers to bypass the inital setup screen, i cannot enable dev mode - im registered as developer but when i try enabling it in the app it will not let me. and therefore cant get sidequest working. anyone know a way to enable developer mode in inital setup screen. or just any other way to help

i managed to get past the inital setup without the controllers but when i try to enable dev mode in settings it says "we are having problems loading this .Please try again". i have a dev account and it was working before i reset my quest.

Another option would be to use a friend's controllers to get past the set-up and enable hand tracking.

No sorry. A very big over sight from Meta I think.

It might be worth contacting Meta support just in case they know a way.
