Can't get my avatar to work in banter

Hi I have tried the link and information you told me to try but I can't get it to change

Banter is linked to my sidequest but I can't get it to show my avatar in banter ,I've got avatar all set up but for some reason I just stay with the ball ,I don't mind but I can't get into winning the quest 3 I hope you can help thks fred

As long as the account is linked and you see your name on the smiley face screen, you'll be in with a chance to win a Quest 3. As long as you're in a public space.

Hi,

Restart the game once you've linked the SideQuest to Banter. Then you'll see the edit avatar button when clicking the smiley face icon.

Or head over here https://sidequestvr.com/account/edit-avatar and edit your avatar there.
