Beatsaber wont install properly

It says there is .96 GB to install. When I go to install it downloads fully then hangs on install for a minute. After its done I look at it and it asks to install again. I tried sending clear data to it and the problem stayed. In the past I had bmbf installed on my oculus but since then i've deleted it. any help?
