Unable to download games from unknown sources

When ever i try to download a game it says unable to download games from unknown sources or a similar message does anyone know a fix

If the message says Setting Cancel at the bottom right. Click Settings and give permission. Then install.

on app settings no apps are there

No, I mean on the message that popped up in the headset when you tried to install the game from SideQuest with the in-VR app.

Right, what game are you trying to install?

Do you have the same message with other apps?

Is the Quest up to date?
