Hello there,

Let me see if I can help, here are a few things to try if you're having connection issues:

• Try as many USB cables as possible, preferably a new one ruling out a faulty USB.
• You need to be on the main account on the headset, not a secondary one.
• Be sure developer mode is enabled in the Meta Quest app, if on, turn it off and back on again THIS WORKS, PLEASE TRY IT!
• Check inside the headset for a USB debugging prompt (RSA fingerprint) to accept, if you only see a data/files access prompt, "Unauthorized: Allow in headset" will never go away.
