Installers saying “virus detected”

Whenever i try to download either the easy installer or the advanced installer after it done they stop and just say “virus detected” why is this?

It would only be a false positive.

I can assure you, all SideQuest clients are safe to use.

What antivirus is the happening on out of curiosity?

nvm i just fixed it i had an extensions for mcafee enabled i just turned it off then downloaded it and turn it back out thanks for your help though dude

I’m not sure i’m just using google chrome to download it and in the bottom right whenever it starts downloading the timer just changes to the “virus detected”
