The standard Quest setup won't apply when using a Pico with SideQuest.

Here are the steps you need to take in the Pico:

Navigate to Settings.
Select General.
Scroll to the Software Version menu item and select this eight times. Once selected eight times, the Developer menu item should appear in the left-hand menu.
Select Developer.
Toggle on USB debugging, if it is not already enabled by default.
Go to https://sdq.st/get in the Pico browser to download SideQuest.
