CANT RUN GAMES FROM UNKNOWN SOURCES

I cant run a games from Unknown Sources when i try to do it quest 2 try to upload it and then game closed. With all games from Unknown Sources but just about the month ago they are run and i can play.

Hi, double check Developer mode is on in the Meta Quest App. If it's on, toggle it and see if you're able switch it back on again.

Hi, this doesnt help but I understand thats I cant run only apk games which I add with sidequest the most of my games.

What apks are you trying to run, I'll also test them too.

Please also toggle dev mode and let me know if it stays on.

Toggle developer mode in the Meta Quest app and let me know if turns back on.

Hi, togging dev mode will help. If Meta has disabled it on their end, then you'll know for sure if it doesn't turn back on. As to why you can't run games from unknown sources.

Developer mode is the linchpin to games in your unknown sources.

Once you've tried this, I'll be able to help you with further troubleshooting. Or contact Meta support.

same here, still cant play games from unknown source. some game says "CANT CONNECT TO THE VR PLATFORM. PLEASE CHECK YOU NETWORK CONNECTION AND ACCESS CREDENTIALS"

I have same problem.

Quest shuts down doom3vr and other games after opening. "Running apps from unknown sources may put your device and account at risk."

Games installed, Dev mode enabled, everything is fine but it seems like Meta is preventing me from accessing games like Doom3Quest for fear of piracy.

Same problem here, pls help. My Developer mode work fine, i can turn it off and i can turn it on.
