Can't open Meta Quest app on iphone

Hi, despite several emails to Meta I am unable to open the Meta Quest app on my iphone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Is there another way of turning on developer mode for my Quest 2? Thanks

Thanks Bob - finally got Heresphere running on my Quest 2 after being dicked around by Meta Support for 2 weeks... Really appreciate the help
