Don't think it's possible since it's basically a different game with new weapons, modern settings etc. If you installed RealRTCW to your pc RTCW, copy the folder from the PC and paste in onto quest but only in the first folder(not in Main folder) next, copy Wolfconfig and vr_weapons from Main to RealRTCW. I would be amazed if this works, but if the Mod doesn't show up in the mods list in options in RTCWQuest then it won't work.
