hello guys! I would like to know if it is possible to install new maps on quest 2 Pavlov with the game installed in the headset, not the PC.

Yes. There are online custom severs that contain custom maps.

How do i get them downloaded so that i can use them in a private game?

That isn't implemented yet. You can download maps but you can't play them in private/public games. If you buy a custom server, however, you can use the downloaded maps.
