My oculus quest 2 won't load sidequest games but loads normal games, it just plays the music and stays on the black loading screen, I have recently downloaded sidequest on my quest and tried reinstalling it, I have searched everywhere online and can't find a proper solution, please can someone reply as soon as possible, because I want to play sidequest games but my quest just doesn't seem to be happy with it

Hello there,

We've seen a few previous reports of this and were not able to replicate this on our end.

You should double-check you don't have multiple accounts on your Quest and make sure developer mode is turned on to the same account that's on Quest (setting up a meta account recently may have messed this up) to the account that you're checking developer mode for.

If you have done the above and you still have no luck, then you should contact Meta (Oculus) support at https://store.facebook.com/en-gb/help/quest/ .
