What would be cool is if we were able to mirror what's going on in the headset to the t.v so company could watch and be included on what's going on.

Hello there,

You can, just head to https://www.oculus.com/casting or use the 'Stream from your headset...' button in the top right of SideQuest.

With that and Chromecast, screen mirror, HDMI to HDMI (PC to TV) or USB to HDMI (Phone to TV), you can get it working.
