How can I access headset settings after hard reset when stuck on pairing screen and needs update

It's controllers pairing screen I can't pair controllers or access headset

menu to turn on wifi or Bluetooth

Are you referring to the in headset app pairing screen?

If so, try it again but wait a moment.

The more information of screenshots you can give me the better.
