"abd: error: failed to get feature set: device offline"

This message appears when I try to install new SideQuest files. My quest is simply not offline. I already set up SideQuest in the past, but it has been months since I have touched it, and the client told me to update, this is what happens when I do so. I've tried resetting my quest, resetting my computer, unplugging and plugging back in, deleting old SideQuest files, installing the latest version of SideQuest, installing the second latest version of SideQuest, I just don't know what to do anymore.

Hello there,

It might be worth restarting your headset, also disabling and re-enabling dev mode.

You may also have a faulty USB cable. Try a few spare cables you may have or if possible, borrow one just to be sure before potentially buying a new one. Also try using different USB ports as well as flipping the type C end around 180 degrees.

In some cases users have had to re-verify their developer account too ( by adding a credit card rather than a phone number ). In some cases toggling dev mode and factory resetting has also helped.

If possible, try using another PC from a friend or family member too and try the SideQuest app from the play store on Android.
